I would not mind the odd outbound call from my provider if its to inform me of new plans or inform me that I'm out of contract on my mobile and that there are new plans available due to the fact that company's tend to change their plans from time to time and I dont have time to always check online to see if I'm on the best current plan to suit my needs, If new plans what were better value came out but i was not informed then I would be annoyed because i could have saved cash.
